Budget Creation for micro-budget Film

Hello -
I am looking for a skilled accountant to create a mock budget plan for - essentially, a no-budget feature film project. I am currently filming this project on my own. The film is about street artists in Paris, France. It is a fiction film. Of course, no film is free.. and I have costs racking up of course, and will have many more costs associated for this film.
SO.....
I am looking for someone to come up with a budget for me. This budget will be presented to potential investors. So it is crucial that it be professional. However, since many of the costs are still unknown, most of it is still an educated guess as to what the overall cost of the film will be in total. What I would like to do is to break the costs up in sections, according to the stage of production we currently happen to be in. For example, I need to include the cost of hiring YOU -- the person doing this budget, the camera equipment, sound, transportation, etc.
I would prefer to use other budgets for very low-budget films as a starting point for us. Under 1 million Euro. You will need to research and find some sample budgets and we will create something similar.
