Asian Webcam Models, fixed salary++tips!

We are looking to hire multiple webcam girls, preferably south east asian. Girls must be able to work from home or a studio, be at least 18 year old and provide proof of age and identity. This is not for a website but to be on constant display in a wealthy mans home 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. While at work you must be able to interact with anyone who speaks to you, but you only have to do what they say when there is a tip. You will be paid a fixed monthly salary and can make as much money in tips as possible.
