I am looking for someone with experience in making costumes. I need the outer vest worn by the movie character Dr. Strange. The vest goes to the knees. I am looking for a vest only and would like something similar to the one in the uploaded file. You need to have experience in costume design as well as the sewing skills to build the costume. I will pay more than the fee listed below if you can do an excellent job.
