5000 Fans needs for my Facebook Fan Pages

Description i am looking for 5000 facebook fans for my fan pages: 2500 UK fans for one fan pake (UK) 2500 fans from another fanpage (USA) fan requirements: 1) they must be real people (no fake accounts, no BOTS) 3) must have 50+ friends and 4 photos 4) Age: Above 21 5) should have regular or semi-regular status updates, i.e. not more than 2 weeks old. 6) Pro rata decuction will be made for fans removed either by their own choice or by Facebook 7) Please with your bid, send me a note to explain how you will go about achieving the project's aim i will pay 30 days after project delivery, only for those fans that remain active after 30 days. any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. no black hat methods for inviting fans, i.e. facebook account must not be banned/suspended, or get any warnings for your actions. i will not pay if this happens. i'd also like to know your plan for converting people into fans. Test Trial: We will run a test trial first, for 100 fans for both pages, let it rest for a week, and then we complete the project. 2 weeks after project is completed (1000 fans are reached), we will I will release escrow if all fans remained and pages are not banned.
