Eager Facebook Specialist Needed for Ongoing Work

I run a small marketing agency in the US and am fairly experienced with FB Ads Manager. I need an expert to help me with the technical aspects of setting up pixels, setting up conversion tracking, optimizing campaigns, etc. I will usually provide strategic direction, choose creatives and write headlines, etc. I can also usually provide direction in terms of audiences, demographics, etc. It is vital that you are an expert at using ads manager, custom audiences and that you know all the tricks and techniques. I'll ask you to help install FB pixels and make sure our quality control is good. I am looking for someone who is also good at 'brainstorming' and coming up with ideas. If a campaign is not performing, I am looking for someone who knows how to come up with other ideas. Success on this project will likely mean you will have the opportunity to work on all my projects and clients. Competency, professionalism, clarity in communication and humility are important to me. You must use the time tracker. You must be able to explain the 'what' and 'why' of decisions you make on the account if/when this is not clear to me. I've been here on Upwork for 10 years. I maintain accounts on Freelancer and other platforms. I am looking for long term relationships with my partners. I even travel to Europe, India and China to meet my partners. You are important to me but you must be a true expert for this to work; this is not the project for someone who is still figuring things out. I will be looking at your past projects to find success with similar FB projects. Finally, you must be available at least some part of the business day on US-CDT time. If you are never available between 9am and 5pm CST, delays in communication are too much to make this work. Do not bid if you are unwilling to use the time tracker, or if you want a % of the ad spend, or if you insist on a fixed-fee arrangement; these are not compatible with my agency's relationship to the client. I expect same-day communication if it's early in the business day, and next-day communication if it's late in the day.
