Using Excel Macros, create a transaction file in tabular format

There will be 2 input files in excel; an opening inventory file and a goods received file. The opening inventory file will in fact be the same file as the previous day's output file. Both these files will have productwise values. The combined total of these two will give us productwise total available inventory. This available inventory will be distributed across various clients. For this, an interface needs to be designed which will capture the clientwise product distributions and will tabulate it in a sheet, in matrix form (Product Customer Matrix). There will be a price file for each product, which will let us calculate the amount owed to us by the clients. All this together, will enable us to calculate the inventory in hand at the end. This exercise needs to be done on a daily basis. The distributions, as entered in the interface, need to be tabulated plus need to be presented in a particular format (sales upload file - uploadable) for accounting upload purpose. Additionally, a cumulative database needs to be maintained for the goods received as well as for the goods distributed, in separate files. Please expect some fine tuning of the first cut development, based on the user feedback. Make sure that your quote covers some effort towards fine tuning.
