I graduated in Finance and Management Accounting. I worked before as an accounting staff so tasks involving numbers and using accounting or billing system won't be a problem. I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. I mastered Google Sheets as well as I used that as my main tool when I was a Virtual Assistant.
I was a Virtual Assistant for a Belgian employer who is selling iPhones. As his assistant, my job was to manage inventory, ship orders, reply to emails, make reservations for store pick-ups, record sales, create invoices, send promotions, moderate Facebook, and manage warranty claims. Performance-wise, my employer was very happy. I can work without close supervision and the quality of my work always exceeded his expectations.
I can speak a little Spanish but it's not fluent, it's more like a broken Spanish.
