so what i want to do is in masterlist column 1 of a table i will right the name of the person, (raghav) and column 2 if i write 'maintenance' then in sheet 2 table the name raghav in column 1 of sheet 2 should automatically come...
like this i want to add two values.. 1 is 'maintenance' and other is 'maintenance complete' for sheet 3
so in sheet 1 u can create two columns (maintenance & maintenance complete, if i write yes in 'maintenance column' then the name of the person which is in the column 1 should appear in the column 1 of the table 2 in sheet 2(which is for maintenance) and if i write yes in sheet 1 in column 'maintenance complete' then the name should appear in sheet 3 table which will show 'maintenance complete'. similarly if i dont write anything the name should not be there in the respective sheets.
or u can create a drop down list in each row in sheet 1 in column 2 or column 3.. each row having an option in column 2 and 3 of 'yes' or 'no'
