I want a Microsoft Excel add-in to be developed.
It should be able to do the following:
1.) Allow a user to share spreadsheet with other users online
2.) Allow a user to select cells and the area of the spreadsheet. Other users (with whom this file will be shared), will be able to see only see the selected area and input the values in highlighted cells.
3.) User should be able to define the different dates such as the validity of access. Other users must fill the values within that date validity
4.) System should automatically consolidate all the responses and save it in the worksheet itself.
5.) The data should be saved onto the cloud where user should be able to see all the information published
