Looking for a solid, long term (at least two years), full time (minimum of 40 hours a week) virtual assistant who can read my mind and keep me on track. I buy and sell real estate and there are million (Im exaggerating) documents for every transaction. I need someone (hopefully with real estate experience) to help me keep each transaction organized and moving forward. I also will totally rely on this person to update my CRM because my current system is in shambles, keep an eye on my email inbox, which is overflowing, and jump in wherever and whenever needed to keep me focused and productive. I also have rentals so communicating with tenant requests, placing ads for available apartments and evaluating deals are all likely. You are hopefully: super organized, with your own workspace, available CST (Chicago time zone), reliable fast internet, real estate experience a plus. You will be able to communicate fluently both written and spoken English. You will optimize the systems I have in place and be able to suggest new ways of doing things. When time allows you will be working on random research projects, travel planning and even working on things in my personal life that need your magic touch like ordering my groceries and finding kid friendly activates. Basically I need one full time person, devoted only to making my life easier in every way possible as a virtual assistant. I really would love to find someone with real estate experience but can train the right person who is extremely smart and highly motivated.
