Based in New Albany, OH, Healthy Essentials educates people about the many health and wellness benefits of 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils and other alternative, holistic health care options. Our business began with one drop of oil over 7 years ago, and now consists of nearly 50,000 users of doTERRA essential oils and products, many of whom are also sharing with their own friends and family. We are now looking for a trusted partner to join our mission to support our existing organization and to share these gifts of the earth with the entire world!
The part-time Executive Administrative Assistant will work directly with the owners and operators of the business. Key responsibilities include: supporting general marketing initiatives, managing team communications including by phone, team newsletters, social media, emails, and others, responding to customer, team, and doTERRA corporate inquiries, managing spreadsheets, assisting with creation of powerpoints and other presentations, assisting with coordination of event planning and related travel needs, managing product in stock, handling the periodic shipping of incentive prizes and product, and other duties as needed.
Work location is flexible. Some duties will need to be performed at our home office in New Albany, OH, however much of the work will be performed in your own home or other remote location. Your own laptop or desktop computer may be required to perform many of your duties. Pay will be hourly and is negotiable depending on experience, with a potential opportunity for weekly/monthly bonus. Weekly hours will be a minimum of 10 per week, with a maximum of 20 per week. Work hours are somewhat flexible depending on your schedule and the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting an organization in an administrative role. The candidate will be positive and energetic and passionate about supporting and helping to grow this thriving health care business. Must have the ability to communicate tactfully, skillfully, and positively in a number of environments and situations. Prior use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel and an ability and willingness to learn other software and web-based applications is a must. This position requires a proven ability to work independently, be flexible, prioritize and deal with multiple tasks, proactively and effectively establish priorities, and have a positive attitude and a desire to have fun and learn new things.
