Ms Excel restrict access

Hi, I can create a login page (tab) in the workbook and only show this tab every time a user open this file. Only after login detail is entered, it will open the main tab (or any other tabs) and hide the login page. The restriction to edit and hide col J can be arranged for anyone who login with group B's password. Let me know your comments, Regards, Daniel

Optional Solution : When you open excel it will be set up for group B. (they can only see data no modifying) There will be only one password for group A. When they enter correct password they can see all columns and edit.
