Hello Ex South-African here, working in Ireland now for US Companies - doing mostly Office365 application architecture I would propose using Azure SQL to store the data, Flow to get the data into SQL (from files loaded in OneDrive as a drop-off location), and PowerApps to present the data to the user in Office365.
