I need the Soldier Report Sheet to start from October 1 and End September 30 (FISCAL YEAR) every year and it is setup to display and calculate (LEAVE, PASS, DONSA, PERMISSIVE TDY, Total Leave, and FY Leave Balance) based on Calendar Year. Ideally, I would like to remove the START DATE and END DATE Dropdown Boxes and replace with 2018, 2019, etc., but with the Fiscal Year information. I'll settle for just being able to put in a start date of 01-Oct-2018 if I have to though. I need this TODAY!
