Excel Customer Appointment Calender

I would like to have a Excel spreadsheet that functions as a Calendar where I can input customer appointments. I have an Idea I would like but just do not have the necessary know how to build it. Please seen my mock up of the sheet I would like to create. The Daily, Weekly and Monthly tabs change the schedule view on the right schedule field box. As the picture is set its on daily. under tabs I would like a working calendar that changes with the proper date of the computer. under the calendar I would like a Text form field where when you insert an appointment this form will tell you all the details needed to complete the appointment. Under the Text field I would like another Text bar which will tell you if this Appointment is for a Tire change or Oil Change. Under that I would like to change what is on the screen shot. As of right now it has one tab with a Mark customer as In- Service. I would like to change it to three tabs of equal size in the same location that reads "Here" "In-Service" "Done". I would like to when clicking on a customers appointment and they arrive I click the here tab and it changes the appointment color to red, In-Service is Yellow and Done is Green. Under those three tabs I Would like to add a Print Tab that will print out the daily appointments. On the right side of the screen I would like another Calendar that on the Day View it shows my appointment times for the day. When you click on the Week Tab it changes to a Week view, then on the Month View this would change to a Monthly view of the appointments. I know it sounds like a lot but if you look over the files I have attached and I think someone with the knowledge of Excel will be able to complete this task in a few days.
