Hi, Pls see my answers below Requirements: 1) It will require the linking of sheets and will require the information to be consistent. I'll discuss the basic flow for you. - this can be done for the same sheet or even any other excel file with the proper location 2) I've created some Macros button for them to but we will need to do a few more macros on items like Print Page (with limited views or fixed template view), Drop Down Button to add more columns (as it is locked, so I'm not sure that can work or not), Macros to Send email to Respective Parties, And another Macros to Generate PDF for one of the sheet. - For this I can give a button when you click it, it will create pdf file and it will attach to the email and the same time can be sent I can start this job and upon verifying my capability you can award me I look forward to hearing from you Thanks Regards Thushara
