The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for preparing and entering data into the accounting software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Retrieving and saving emails that contain invoices from vendors.
Performing 2-way match with vendor invoices and related purchase orders.
Entering document images into the accounting software.
Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
Sort, organize, and file paperwork after entering to ensure it is not lost
Any other tasks that could be assigned

Fast typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
