I have a number of existing templates, which I would like tidied up. We have MS Word and MS Excel templates I wish to make user friendly and restrict new styles, and restrict significant changes so our documents are consistant. For MS Word and Excel I wish to populate standardly used fields with with a data collection prompt when the template is opened, and populate various fields such as Project Number, Project Name, Author 1, Author 2, Reviewer 1, Reviewer 2, Site Address, Client Company Name (Registered), Client Contact Name, Client Contact Salutation (Mr, Mrs, Ms) are entered, and then automatically populate in relevant areas throughout the document. Please provide evidence that you are able to do this and what price and timing you propose.
I wish for any improvements with formatting and headers and footers to be suggested, and cover pages.
