create an excel sheet that can extract data based on three variables comparing two datasets

I am looking for help creating a spreadsheet that will enable me to extract a set of data after comparing three values. I have attached a sample spreadsheet which I will refer to otherwise I confuse even myself when trying to explain it. I have two sets of a data a list of times a client called (entered into the ‘WCtable’ table on the ‘Call Data’ sheet) and a list of interactions that were logged for them entered into the ‘INCtable’ table on the reference Data sheet. There are three things I need to compare to filter out the results I need. • The name of the client needs to match from the ‘Opened by’ Column on the ‘Call Data’ Sheet with the ‘requester’ column on Sheet ‘Reference Data’ • The name of the person they dealt with needs to also match this is the ‘Assigned to’ column on the ‘Call Data’ Sheet and the ‘opened by’ column on Sheet ‘Reference Data’ • The times of the interactions should be within say 1 Hour of each other so the ‘Opened’ Columns on both sheets. I have tried doing this with VLookup (failed attempt on the hidden ‘Ignore’ Sheet in the workbook.) But this only returns the first value it finds and some of the clients have more than one and I’m really struggling to think of a straightforward way of trying to marry the instances up other than a lot of nested IF statements but I’m not sure if that will just look for the first value in the column.
