HI, You are asking something which might be out of scope for Excel. If user have access to internet, then Google spreadsheets is the best option for this. The functionality of email will be there also. For local network, the standalone application can be used..Which will store data in sql database on network pc....User can use application from their....Application and use outlook for emails too.
