Looking for an assistant. Must speak English very well and be able to call and receive calls from US. Most work will be related to parts, plumbing and piping as well as tools so some mechanical, construction or plumbing experience is preferred. Experience in Google sheets or excel preferred. Experience with sage a plus but not required. Place orders or check inventory by phone. Organize lists, update lists of parts in excel. Organize filings and organize attacemys in email to Google drive. Transcribe scanned documents including parts details for mechanical items. Update price books and pricing of items in excel.
