The ideal applicant will demonstrate at least two years of continual experience writing about travel for an established online or offline publication. Travel magazine and newspaper writers are particularly welcomed.

We also will consider applicants with less writing experience, provided they submit a strong writing sample (400 words minimum) and can demonstrate:

Extensive travel experience, so that you're well-versed in the basic concepts and protocols of modern travel, coupled with some professional writing experience for an established publication; or

You must submit a writing sample that demonstrates your ability to write about travel-related topics for a mainstream audience looking for helpful advice. Your article should show a trained eye for detail when describing destinations, travel conveyances, accommodations and local sights and venues. Do not send advertising copy.

You must not submit writing samples by multiple authors. ALL ARTICLES MUST PASS COPYSCAPE. 400 WORDS
