Criterion :
The freelancer should have vast knowledge on light scattering and the various types of light source like continuous laser beam , Gaussian beam, LIDAR scattering, Mie Theory, GLMT theory, Maxwell equation, T- matrix theory, GA or Swarm optimization algorithm, inverse estimation etc. The algorithm and MATLAB expert must have strong background in optical physics. Have to understand the physical properties of light scattering and also have the experience to handle the light scattering as a singles. The freelancer having strong Physics background deals with above mentioned criteria are encouraged to bid the project. Please don’t bid the project if you don’t have any knowledge about it. Also you have to be patient about reading 4 papers to understand what i want. Only selected freelancer will get those papers.
My budget is fixed 150$.
