Interesting concept. The laws of physics could be very well utilised to achieve what you have in mind. We just tried to achieve that here on plain glass and realised it definitely needs careful adjustments and proper design, but very much achievable. It is a piece of cake if you just need the frame to be glowing. The glass to glow introduces fair complexity and laws of optics in to play.
