Photobucket Clone with other Features

I would like to have basically a photobucket clone, with a few features added and a few dropped. This new website is basically a site where users can register, create directories, upload ANY TYPE of media, and then password protect those directories. Once a user registers, their username becomes a sub domain, and others can go to their sub domain, and it will display the directories and media, but when they click on a directory to view the files, they will need the password set by the user to view these files. There should also be a option to allow download and save, or deny download, and right click to save. Users should be able to create an unlimited amount of directories, and choose a different password for each directory. Every media type should be able to be uploaded. Also, videos should play on the site, not just a download. On the front page, I would like to see a search box, where a "visitor" can type in a users name, or their username, and find their sub domain with all the Media. There will be two different membership status... One will be a free membership with 250MB of memory to store anything media file they want. The upgrade will be a paid membership that will give the user 1 GIG of storage. I would also like to be able to easily change this in the back end if need be. The site can be setup with all the same features as Photobucket, with the exception of all the "friends" and "networking" components. And, I would also like to have a new layout, so it does not look like photobucket. I am looking for someone that I can continue to work with on the project as it grows. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Please suggest the best platform for this project.
