I'm Vera, and though I'm new to Freelancer, I've actually been copywriting for the last 3 years for clients in retail, beauty, professional services, etc.

Now, back to the reasons people don't buy.
For online stores, the reasons they're not selling vary from a wrong target market to having high shipping & tax costs, inconvenient shipping terms, having a complex checkout process and the dreaded: a competitor store offers better price or value.
So while writing an email sequence is great, if it doesn't make sure to also address these other often larger issues, then it won't have the greatest impact on your revenue.
Abandoned carts alone account for an estimated 75% loss on sales, so if we could just bring those down, then you're automatically making more money. And that's how I like to work: tackle what will give the highest impact first.
