Slide Fader Board with 4 faders and 4 (3-digit) 7 segment led display modules

Hi. I can do this for you. I can take care of the HW (Schematic Design including BOM, PCB Layout, PCB and PCBA ordering) and the SW (writing the code). I have ~9 years of experience in electronics, and for the past ~7 years I focused on PCB and IC Layout and adjacent activities like EMC, ESD, thermal management, product design, mechanical design, manufacturing, price optimization and so on. I also have experience in embedded systems. Usually I work with Altium Designer, but I can adapt for any other tool, if you need it. For the project, my first concern would be that a 3 digit display would mean the user should select a value from 0 to 999 using each slider. This, at least from my side looks a bit frustrating when trying to move the slider. I would change the 3 digit display with a 2 digit one, hence using values from 0 to 99 for each slider. I'm thinking of designing one PCB containing on one side the sliders and the displays and on the other side a microcontroller and 4 7 way dip switches so that you can set the needed value for each slider. Also, one terminal screw for the input power (for this you have to decide if you can deliver to this board 5V or 12V), a relay with another screw terminal for external connections and, of course, all the other needed circuity. For the controller, I'm thinking of something from ATMega family so that it will be Arduino IDE compatible. Please let me know if you need more details. Thanks.

I have done similar jobs like this but it was the faders of LED lights. They are working in the same princible(reading voltage values from ADC and giving PWM output or reading values from ADC and when you reach to a certain value you open/close the relay). Hi, we suggest using microcontroller with 4 line LCD display. We only have slide potiemoters of length 7 cm, also we suggest instead of potiemoter up and down buttons for each channels. We will build the design to prve it work and show a detailed video of it.
