New company needs PBC designed for a Bluetooth speaker (looking for a long term working relationship)

Hello, We are developing a bluetooth speaker concept and are looking for a PCB designer/developer to help us design a circuit board. The functional requirements for the project are listed below: Operates on a 3.7v (battery input) to (may need to be converted to 5v to operate the circuit) Using 3.7v li-ion battery, the circuit must include a charging option with all safety requirements, preferably using a micro-usb/usb-c Looking to use 3w + 3w - 4 ohm, 2 channel speaker amplifier (5v operating voltage) refer to the link below. We would like some audio feedback as well as an LED feedback as per speaker state. When speaker on, turn LED Blue Charging, turn LED red when battery is charging, and green when battery is full LED slow blink when in pairing mode Deliverables of the Project: We will require a BOM (Bill of materials) with all of the necessary components. The circuit will need to utilize SMD components as we want to keep the size to be as small as possible. We need a file format of the circuit layout that is compatible with EAGLE or Altium. As well as Gerber files optimized for PCB printing. The circuit must be reliable and made with good quality sourced parts. We would like to be able to see some kind of proof that the circuit actually works prior to finalizing the project. As such we are looking for a long term relationship for future required upgrades and support of this project.
