Meetong Room Upgrade Options Paper

I have been asked to do an options paper for work that would show options to upgrade our 50 meeting rooms. I basically need a options paper written showing a rolls royce option utilising state of the art technology and what that may entail. Touch screens in each room, Polycom 8500/8800 Trio devices in each room. Re-cabling in each room etc. Anything else that may be of value add or future proofing rooms. The other option would be to only have maybe 20 rooms with touch screens in them. We woud look at Microsoft Surface Pro Hubs. Utilise current cabling etc. As the Microsoft Surface Hub alread has the capacity to use a camera for meetings and chat we would not need a extra video device. For the rooms without the Surface Hubs touch screens we woud look to use the Polycomm Studio X50 device as the camera. All rooms alreay have a TV in them and a Polycom 8300/8800 Trio device in them. All rooms have a HDMI cable connected to the TV. When a staff member comes in they would use the cable to present on screen. We would want this removed and look to a wirelss diplay option. So 2 options layed out professionally with pro's and cons' for both options.
