I need to make a project for 2 types of LED-drivers: 30W and 72W
Power supply is in both cases a battery pack eg. BOSCH 18V/2Ah or 18W/5Ah.
There is no AC power supply, nor battery charging function.
Both drivers need to have automatic signaling of low power in the battery and switch to an emergency function mode (low light output eg. 10%). Normal functioning should be possible at 3-5 output levels: 30/50/75/100% or similar and selectable using a momentary switch. The driver circuit witll be connected with an external BMS between battery and driver.
Driver-output is not fixed yet, it depends on the IC and topography, the target is efficiency >90%.
The circuit must be thermally protected and automaticaly dim light if overheat is detected.
