Hi, You have a very complicated PCB that need a lot of attention. The ICs Rockchip that you are using is a BGA that has 828 pins and the minimum layers that you cane use is 6 but I will recommend 8 for this. There is also a note in the Datasheet, where they say that they used 6 layer for testing the ICs ""Note: The testing JEDEC PCB is based on 6 layers, 114.3x101.6 mm, 1.6 mm Thickness, ambient temperature is 25℃." Just at a quick look around I saw you can use dual channel mem but whit LPDDR4 SDRAM memory For this board to work properly you need simulations of all the high speed interfaces without simulation you'r Design won't work. For this kind of complex design Altium is a must not Kicad. Also I prefer PADs or Mentor Expedition because it offers the platform for simulation. Making and assembling the PCB is expensive so is better to have a good and maybe a little more expensive design work than a 100$ design and 1000$ PCB that doesn't work. Best Regards, Alex
