I am looking for someone who could help me with this project:
I want to design PCB for wire and wireless UV nail lamp with these requirements:
1. Supply by 24V 90W external dc adapter
2. 32 parallel LEDs 3.3V, 700mA max current, devised in 2 groups. For them to work stable, they need supply by constant voltage, constant current( adjustable by potentiometer as I might use different type and layout of LEDs later)
3. 12.6V outlet connector for li-ion battery
4. Main on/off switch
5. IR sensor to on/off LEDs when hand in
6. 4 sensors for choosing time such as 30s, 45s, 60s, 90s
7. LEDs can work at 350mA or 700mA so I need a button/switch to choose.
8. Display: can be either 2 digits 7 segment with battery status bar or 2.8” lcd monitor that can show battery status as well.
9. 1 power connector for 5V cooling fan
10. Size of pcb 120mm(+20mm)x50mm(+10mm)
