Build LoRa / Helium LongFi Battery Powered IoT Sensor Module

Need an end user device design to record and report sensor data via LoRa / LoRaWAN / Helium LongFi transmission. Temperature, Humidity, Light Level, Sound Level, Infrared/heat, Flame, Smoke, CO, CO2, Acceleration, Magnetic field, Battery Percentage, and other sensor date. Sensor data to be written as (UTF-8 representation) records to a flat file in key=value pair format on a per sensor basis by a (crontab initiated) stand alone process executing in background 24x7x365. A controlling .ini file will indicate the pacing (sensor by sensor) for sensor data acquisition and recording to said file (i.e. 10 times per second, 5 times per second, once per second, every 5 seconds etc.). A stand alone (crontab initiated) background process will be capable of transmitting records contained in the file via both LoRa / LoRaWAN and [login to view URL] LongFi compatible LoRa (SX1272/SX1276 chipset compatible) connection. Device should be designed based upon a Raspberry Pi 4B 4GB foundation. Python or Perl implementation preferred for 75% of code, C is acceptable only for lowest level I/O functions (SX1272/SX1276 chipset Helium LongFi management). Prototype needs to be delivered complete and operable. Prior proof of similar Raspberry Pi Project experience required (Arduino experience also a plus). Excellent English communications skills required. The design/blueprint needs to be complete, with easy to follow instructions to allow for additional unit construction by my staff. A version of this design capable of extended operation off of a small battery pack also desired, but that would be a future project. This project will be considered proprietary for my sole use, other publishing or manufacturer prohibited unless approved by me in writing.
