Hello dear, I would like to make you the project as you request. I consider my self the right pearson for this project because of my knowledge and experience with Arduino and LCDs and with electronics in general. I have already done something simular as you are looking for so I think the whole project can be done within 2 or 3 days. I also have Arduino Due and LCD display so I can test the whole code before testing and so I can save you time. According to the attached picture, Arduino Sketch can be done very elegant and easy to understand. I also have experinace with SD card writing/reading so can you provide with that also.
