PCB layout for a small PCB (Altium)

I have a small PCB, where you need to do optimal component placement and wiring of the same. Its a 2 layer PCB, where all the PCB footprint are provided. If you require, you need to correct some pad size also for better easier and nicer production of the final PCB. I have done some basic placement, which you need to complete, so that all the components fits properly and related components are together. After that you need to do wiring also and generate the final documents for PCB production (gerber, drills). All the components are on the top only, but if required it can be moved on the bottom also, but highly discouraged. I have some screenshot of the same, please take a look at them for better understanding.
Once you accept the project we will provide a video of what we are trying to achieve and what is our detailed requirement, on which you have to work. We will show you the size of the project box and other components sizes that needs to be fitted on the PCB. Space is a constraint here, and I am looking for some one who knows what tracks sizes are good, how to do isolation of noise and electrical isolation for relays, power supply, etc.

The goal is:
1.) to do PCB layout, wiring of the components.
2.) Check each components footprint and pad sizes to ensure it is good enough for production and hand soldering both. Last time the PCB which was designed by somebody had too small solder mask, and it was difficult to hand solder the same.
3.) Make sure all the components are optimally placed on the PCB, with minimal interference and noise as there are both GSM and RF circuits on top of each other.
4.) Check the circuit to ensure, that all wiring is complete and there is no wiring which is missing or not properly connected in the PCB.
5.) Optimize PCB Shape, for example I need a round cutout at the corners for the screws instead of square currently being done.
6.) Optimize Relay and Power circuit to minimize noise and EMI.
7.) Proper isolation of relay and power supply, cut a groove for the same.
8.) have ground and power planes. There are 2 power supply one is vcc and one is vbattery
