I have done a lot of test and characterization work over my 20+ years as an engineer. I have test equipment (you specify an Am-meter), and soldering equipment and can collect data as you specify. I also have access to multiple test environments, both domestic and industrial. This would give you data in environments from 100+ year old construction, to new construction, with a variety of construction materials and electrically noisy environments. If you want data from more environments, we could scope that work more thoroughly. Some brief background. I worked in consumer electronics (DISH satellite TV box and remote control) design for over 10 years. I have worked as a Test Engineer of hardware, firmware and software for the past 12 years. I am well versed in reading specifications and testing as you specify, but also can analyze your design and suggest alternative tests if you desire. i have recently complete a wifi home automation system using micro-controller esp8266. in my demo system multiple user interface can available to control and monitor appliances.

Soldering and uploading to a flash chip it's no problem. I have a professional soldering station and I work with DIP or SMD every now and then. However, the upload process is not explained. Is a programmer required, or provided. I have some tools but without specifications i cannot say the delivery days. I have some power consumption metter device to compare with internal measuring. If the built-in current sensor measurement unit is displaying its data to me, it would be easy to accomplish. I am not familiar with many IC and their software, if is required to extract this data by using software and is not provided it will take longer than a day.
