I have experience formatting kindle books. I assume you wish the table of contents to be clickable links to enable going directly to the different chapters in your book. Have you written other books? Often ebook authors will include a link to their other books or short excerpts of an additional book at the end of their ebooks. Also, I'll also need your cover page.
