add bitcoin to our payment website - repost 2

We would like to add bitcoin to our website (Python coded, hosted on linux ubuntu server at amazon), as payment method ( receive and send bitcoin ) using bitcoin API within our service. The website already work as exchange e-currency, we already work with some payment methods like perfectmoney, PayPal,.... For example client can pay to us paypal to get perfectmoney, or pay to us bitcoin to get paypal, or pay to us paypal to get bitcoin.. The system is managed to add new payment systems, exchange directions, and so. So we need to add bitcoin to our exchange Input/ output. Their is more info in the attached file. We will need to add more payment methods later., so their will be many projects soon. Python, Diango expert needed.
