Convert from PDF or Indesign to epub & .mobi

We have many booklets and books that need to be converted from Indesign or PDF to variable text or fixed format epub and .mobi files. Most of these booklet/books have tables, running headers, images, and other elements, so it may be the fixed format would be best. Also, the covers are separate files that are also ID or PDF files, which could be saved as jpgs. To begin this project, we would like to convert one booklet as a test. If outsourcing this seems to work, we will continue with our backlist as well as all forthcoming titles.
