Simple Flash detection needed on Drupal site

Need a flash detection by either using a module such as swftools, or other method. Will also need a description of the procedure to follow in order to implement this in a future drupal site. The detection need to be working for IE 6 and up as well as most browsers such Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome etc… Swftools is already install on the site but might need settings adjustment. Non flash browser should display a message as what they have to install flash with url to download.
