C# Unicenta -- repost

I need a Java program namely Unicenta POS to be ported to C# with clean functional code. The ported version must also be fully working and tested We also need it to communicate with MSSql instead of my sql. There should also be an easy way to migrate all data from the old Unicenta platform to the new ported one. there are a viariety of options that has been discussed with various freelancers in the first post. 1-Rewrite all the code of unicenta into C# and as a second step add the extra features. 2-create a New C# project to fulfill the project proposal document. 3-Clean the unicenta Code make it more operative and add the functions to the existing base. we would love to see ideas and proposals for both options. the project is ready to launch and funding is directly available whenever we reach an agreement
