Full Stack Developer to expand and maintain Azure-based application: .NET / C# / SQL

We're a small team who have built an industry-leading CRM system for the business-to-business utilities sector. Our platform is used by energy brokers to tender contracts for electricity & gas in the UK. We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive developer to join our fun-loving team, working alongside our existing developers and directors. We maintain strong, long-term relationships with our contractors and we're lucky to have found some excellent people on Upwork in the past. The role will involve: - Coding brand new features in C# to expand the existing logic of the system for our customers. - Daily bug fixes and code optimisation. - Troubleshooting and support in SQL (for example, designing scripts and stored procedures). - Implementing functional tests in C# and SQL. - Creating and using REST APIs. Must-have skills and attributes: - Fluent spoken and written English - Attention to detail - Process-oriented - Sense of humour!!!! - Significant web development experience in C# / .NET - Microsoft Azure experience - Intermediate to advanced T-SQL - Availability for up to 40 hours per week in combination of UK office hours and out-of-hours Nice-to-haves: - Front-end experience - Bootstrap and CSS knowledge - Javascript - Microsoft Power BI modelling (DAX) We have 5 contractors based in Eastern Europe and are particularly keen to find someone in that same locale.
