I need a small program to create a Windows AD Central Access Rule which denies a user if their name equals a given string. I need this rule to be added to a named Central Access Policy. Needs to be in c# and needs to be soon, I have a limited budget and I expect to finish and develop it further myself, I just need some help with the code, not looking a finished solution, just a jump start for a project at work i am behind with!
