Hi there, We need a Power Bi Analyst/Expert to showcase our raw data on an ongoing basis. We need some one not only to design the front end but also the excel registers for maximum optimization. Willing to share raw Excel sheet for now for testing, If you are successful in sample projects, we will provide access to our SQL repository for a long term contract. Please let us know if you are able to get started immediately. We care a lot about the accuracy, speed of work, and final presentation. Business Intelligence is an obvious requirement for this bid. To start with we need design a Real Estate analytics dash board for the real estate cluster: Occupancy rate for each building: analysed by commercial,industrial and residential Revenues for each building: analysed by commercial,industrial and residential Lease expiry: recap table indicating end date: filtering by revenue ,surface area and location lease expiry profile: graph showing lease expiry over the future years Registers for: Register for every tenant with surface area under rental and rental income Rental yield: property value/rental amount yearly for each property Asset value:Tracking of asset value over time after every asset revaluation exercise with possibility of analysis of entire available property down to a specific property Key performance indicators: Gross Leasable area Gross rental income growth admin cost to total asset cost weighted average gross rental per m2 per month weighted average rental escalation weighted average rental yield rent received and pending for the period statements by property Regards, Rohan
