Virtual Assistant - Cold Caller

I am a hardworking, detail oriented person and a fast learner. I have accumulated four (4) years work of experiences relating to Customer Service and another four (4) years work of experiences relating to Business Management as an Assistant Manager. I may not have any experience in cold calling but I do have some experience relating to: Telemarketing, Data Entry, Product Upselling, and dealing with irate customers. My background in Creative Writing, helps me, not only in empathizing and relating with all types of customers, but also in resolving issues with outside the box solutions. In preparation for the job, I have researched the most common real estate jargon and watched a couple of cold calling videos on youtube.
