Looking for a trial run with an experienced cold caller for real estate leads. Must be familiar with CRMs (customer relationship managers), automated or predictive dialers, initial lead forms and applications, or have a willingness to learn how to use these systems. Must also be able to schedule and maintain follow up interactions. Based on performance this may lead to a longer term arrangement or transferring to other responsibilities. Fluent English and mild understanding of real estate jargon required. Anticipating around 50 to 75 outbound calls per hour for approximately 10 to 12 hours total using a provided predictive/automated dialer

I am a hardworking, detail oriented person and a fast learner. I have accumulated four (4) years work of experiences relating to Customer Service and another four (4) years work of experiences relating to Business Management as an Assistant Manager. I may not have any experience in cold calling but I do have some experience relating to: Telemarketing, Data Entry, Product Upselling, and dealing with irate customers. My background in Creative Writing, helps me, not only in empathizing and relating with all types of customers, but also in resolving issues with outside the box solutions. In preparation for the job, I have researched the most common real estate jargon and watched a couple of cold calling videos on youtube. I'm probably not the obvious choice given the number of other Professionals with 5 star reputations but I'm planning on earning my first 5 star and I hope it will come from you. Hello, I have a British accent and would love to help you with your project. I have done cold call jobs before. Unfortunately the target set is not feasible. I suggest to aim for 20-40 calls an hour.
