Make A List of 500 Live out Landlords in London

Hello, We have a very specific request for the savvy internet researcher. We need your help to compile a list of 500 Live Out Private Landlords in London (people who own a residential property, but don’t live there). The list need to contain: * The name and phone number, also email and social medias if applicable, of the landlord/owner * The full adress of the property * How many bedrooms the property have * If more then 3 bedrooms, does it have an HMO license? If so, for how many people? The requirements are: * The property needs to be empty, no one can be living there (you need to know how to check this data) * The property needs to be at least 3 bedrooms. If there are more than 3 bedrooms, the property needs to have an HMO license * The property needs to be located no more than 35 minutes by train from the city center * At the most 10-15 minutes walk from nearest train station * Only residential properties, no commercial or mixed used properties * The property cannot be listed on any sites by a rental agent, letting agent, estate agent, airbnb etc. The list is to be handed out in an Excel sheet. About you: * Exceptional research skills * Know how to find details regarding property and people in the UK * Punctual * Can meet deadlines The payment is $250 for the whole list when completed, and paid through this platform.
