I am interested to be your virtual assistant.
Currently, I am working in tandem with a project manager in a real estate developer as a project coordinator/administrator for almost 3 years. I help her manage the projects by keeping them on budget, on track and on the standards. But I want to take may career to a new level by working remotely. That is why I went through an extensive virtual assistant training program to learn VA skills.
Here are some of my tasks as a project coordinator/administrator:
1) Project management - checks drawings transmitted by consultants, evaluates cost, prepare timelines
2) Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks - prepare and check documents; recommends billings; do follow-ups and answer questions thru emails; and assist the project manager with other tasks.
As a Virtual Assistant, I learned but not limited to:
1) Internet Research - keeping relevant data as much as possible
2) Email management - labeling, organizing and client contacts
3) Others skills - data entry, Google Sheets and Docs
