1) ROLE => See where this person is and where this person is moving. See if they stick to a given company for about 2-3 years (minimum). This is very important.

2) ACTIVITIES: => See if this person is doing relevant activities right now around Facebook (Social Media), Google AdWords (SEM), SEO, Retargeting, Comparision Engines, Ecommerce, Lead Generation, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces

3) TESTIMONIALS: => Candidate needs to have 2-4 solid recommendations already.

4) SKILLS: => Candidate needs to have a trend moving from 10-30 good skills already approved by other people in the industry. See screenshot attached as an example.

5) LANGUAGES: => Person needs to speak well English and Portuguese Brazil. This is mandatory.

6) RESULTS => Find profile of candidates who focus on delivering results. You can find this as you read the profiles of good candidates. "I increase company revenues by XX%." or "I optimized SEM or Facebook campaigns and saved company XX% of media budget".

DELIVERABLES: You need to send a list of good valuable LINKDEDIn URLs. I have placed a list of images attached so you can see examples of good candidate profiles. I can also share a list of candidate examples in case you chat with me.

VISION: I want to work with someone who uses a mix of good datababase mining in LinkedIn along with manual reviews to find the type of RISING STARS which I need to hire to these companies. The definition of a rising star is:

1) Someone who consistently stays for a minimum of 2-3 years at the companies he/she works.

2) It is a candidate with great rising SKILLS profile in linkedIN. See example attached.

3) And basically has a mix of some or all of the criterias mentioned above.

PRICE: I will pay 50 dollars for every 50 valuable profiles you can find. This project will have milestones:

Milestone #1: Send me 10 valuable profiles for 10 dollars.

Milestone #2: Send me more 10 valuable profiles for 10 dollars.

Milestone #3: Send me more 30 valuable profiles for 30 dollars.
