Keywords Research

This document and information provided should be used as a guide for mining keywords and relevant data as per our requirements. Each of the current "Topic" fields in the document will serve as a heading / topic and we need to find as many keywords related to the specific phrase. AREA: Due to towns having multiple areas, we'd also like to cover each topic on an area in the given town. TOPIC: The main topic that should be used to mine related keywords for each area or town name. PHRASE: Sub phrases identified within a topic, for example Self Catering Accommodation in Hermanus. We've identified in the past that there's a relatively big amount of keywords related to some phrases, hence these should be treated as headings of their own. KEYWORD: The mined keywords will be placed in this field. There's 4 examples that's been added to the document to show how the mining should be structured. AVG SEARCH VOLUME [EXACT]: We need to have exact match search averages from Google Keyword Planner or related software. AVG SEARCH VOLUME [BROAD]: We need to have broad match search averages from Google Keyword Planner or related software. AVG SEARCH VOLUME [PHRASE]: We need to have phrase match search averages from Google Keyword Planner or related software. APPROXIMATE CPC: Based on the suggested bid provided by Google ESTIMATED TRAFFIC: Can be calculated by search volume and current CTR statistics. DIFFICULTY: This can be calculated using the top 10 results in [login to view URL] DA & PA to identify a score out of 10 or %. OPPORTUNITY: This we will be identified by us. ALL IN TITLE: Identify how many websites are using X keyword in title. Using Google Syntax > allintitle:"keyword name" ALL IN URL: Identify how many websites are using X keyword in URL. Using Google Syntax > allinurl:"keyword name" ALL IN ANCHOR: Identify how many links are using X keyword in anchor text. Using Google Syntax > allinanchor:"keyword name" Our desired outcome is to have a comprehensive list of keywords that cover every possible search related to X town with requested data for each of the terms as mentioned above.
