Platinum Air Solutions is a heating and cooling company based in regional Victoria, Australia. We specialise in providing heating and cooling solutions for our customers including installation, servicing and inspections. For all properties that have sold in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) over the past 12mths, we want to identify and record what type of heating and cooling system each property has. I have attached a briefing document detailing the required process and how this needs to be completed to identify and record this information. There are approximately 30,000 properties that need to be recorded. I have also attached the manual data collection and entry spreadsheet template that shows the fields that need to be captured and recorded for each property. Also attached in the list of postcodes/suburbs for the purpose of searching on the [login to view URL] website. Required timeline for the project is 1-2 weeks.
